1. Location: Your tattoo will be performed at Ninth Life Studio in Lakewood, CO.

2. PAYMENT: CASH ONLY! We do not accept credit cards or mobile payment!

3. IDENTIFICATION: All clients must submit a Drivers License or Visual ID. Minors must submit their Birth Certificate, as well as a Legal Guardian's ID and signature.

4. NO DRUGS/ALCOHOL: This includes marijuana, and any substances consumed in the 24 hours leading up to your tattoo. Intoxication can be dangerous to your new tattoo, and will not be tolerated.

5. HYDRATION/NUTRITION: Please stay hydrated and eat a full meal before your appointment, to reduce the risk of fainting and minimize pain levels.

6. SHAVING: Please shave the area you want tattooed (even if no hair appears to be visible), using shaving cream, as close to your appointment time as possible. Doing so will prevent ingrown hairs and increase efficiency.

7. MOISTURIZATION: Please moisturize your skin with lotion a few hours before your appointment. This will hydrate your skin and help minimize irritation during the tattoo procedure.
