Denial of Service

1. Graves Broderick Tattoo reserves the right to deny service to any customer deemed unfit for a tattoo

   1. By booking an appointment with Graves Broderick tattoo, you are hereby agreeing to the below terms of conditions and studio policies.

   2. Failure to adhere to the below terms and shop policies could lead to appointment cancellation and a revoked deposit.

   3. Disrespect and noncompliance are not tolerated, and could lead to appointment cancellation and a revoked deposit.

No drugs/alcohol

1. Intoxication is unprofessional, bad for fresh tattoos, and unsafe in a sterile tattoo environment. In order to ensure the highest quality for your tattoo and maintain safety, service will be denied to anyone showing signs of intoxication.

Age and Consent Paperwork

1. All clients are required to fill out a consent form before the procedure

2. The State of Colorado prohibits tattooing minors under 16 years of age and requires parental consent for minors 16+.

3. Minors must have a legal guardian present at their appointment, and come prepared with the minor's ID, minor's Birth Certificate, and parent's ID.

 Pricing

1. Graves Broderick Tattoo may choose to price by the piece, or by hour, depending on the tattoo request.

2. Price quotes are rough estimates, which are liable to increases.

   1. The following items may offset the final price of the tattoo from its quoted price:

      1. Resizing of a design

      2. Repositioning of a design

      3. Changes to design

      4. Inclusion of certain colors

3. Graves Broderick has the final say over the price of a tattoo

Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. Fees paid whilst booking an appointment are considered  deposit fees.

   1. Deposits are final and nonrefundable. Deposits are deducted from the final price of any given tattoo.

   2. Deposits cover the cost of designing, and secure an exclusive appointment slots.

   3. One free reschedule is included in the price of each deposit, provided Graves Broderick is notified at least 48 hours in advance.

   4. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in a  revoked deposit, unless otherwise noted by Graves Broderick.

Additional terms

1. Due to the expanding nature of Graves Broderick Tattoo, additional terms not listed here may apply to clients.
